While our specialty is in short runs, we are equipped with a variety of injection molding equipment to efficiently produce products from 1 ounce to 11 pounds and in quantities from 50 to 5,000,000. Utilizing all types of thermoplastics, parts are molded from low-density polyethylene to nylons and polycarbonates as well as a variety of special blends for specialty items. We have an extensive supply of resin available and use an average of 5,000-8,000 lbs per day.

We use mechanical and optical equipment to achieve the highest standards of production. The diversity and capability is constantly being expanded at Terhorst. More than 20 machines are in operation full-time, with some in operation 24-hours-a-day. Current availability is ...

Some of the typical products we’ve manufactured include agitators, tank adapters, street elbows, roller ends, indento-lock bearings, tank fittings, nylon idler sprockets, nylon self aligning bearings, and oil line clamps. Other capabilities within this department include engraving, polishing, and intricate, computerized programming for use in the entire business operation.
